The Vendor is required to provide a job architecture, updated job evaluation methodology, streamlined governance, improved business processes, and a software solution capable of managing evaluation activities across a complex unionized environment.
- The Province requires an efficient, scalable, and configurable Solution that streamlines workflows, improves user experience, enhances reporting capabilities, and integrates effectively with other systems to meet increasing demands and future operational requirements.
- The Solution must incorporate best-practice business and digital processes to automate job evaluation across a wide range of positions, including roles with complex compensatory factors such as 24/7 operational coverage.
- Automation should ensure that all evaluations are consistent, transparent, and compliant with provincial and pay equity regulations, accurately capturing the unique demands and responsibilities of each position.
- Must possess sufficient experience supplying, configuring, training, and supporting industry leading job evaluation methodologies and solutions.
- Provide professional services to perform software:
• Configuration;
• Implementation;
• Integration; and
• Testing.
- Automate/streamline and right-size the processes and workflows related to job evaluations;
- Provide post-go-live support, maintenance, and knowledge transfer to enable long-term sustainability;
- Support the migration and validation of position data from all branches of the organization including multiple unions and existing systems;
- Provide administrator and user training for the Province’s employees that enables the Province’s employees to effectively configure, use, and train other users on the Solution;
- Provide system documentation in electronic format, including technical and end user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs;
- Perform all professional services required to for the implementation of the Solution, including, but not limited to, the following:
• Project management and governance;
• Change management ;
• Software configuration;
• Integration;
• Testing and UAT support;
• Go-live support; and
• Post go-live support.
