SAP Cloud ERP Implementation and Migration System

The Vendor is required to provide been using SAP as its on premise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and is currently running SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 SP24.
- Microsoft Entra ID as the primary source for authentication in its cyber environment.
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) console is used to update and secure its Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations, with a migration to Microsoft Intune underway.
- The Google Admin console to manage its fleet of Chrome devices and iOS devices are managed using VMWare’s Workspace ONE.
- Objectives:
•    Develop and provide an implementation and migration plan that includes the optimal sequence to move current business functions to the new platform so that modules are implemented in a phased manner and current functionality is maintained
•    Provide strategic transformation services to ensure that the future state vision of the Board’s ERP landscape is realized
•    Ensure availability of experienced lead resources during all phases (analysis, build, test, UAT, production cut-over and post Go-Live) of the implementation and migration
•    Provide a comprehensive data migration strategy, including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation processes, plan for execution and data migration services to move to the new platform.
•    Facilitate the necessary workshops for the Board’s Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) technical teams so that they can support and administer the platform. 
•    Furnish a training plan and materials, including interactive videos, documentation, and hands-on learning. Functional training will be delivered to select administrative staff to enable a train-the-trainer approach for broader user adoption.
•    Provide comprehensive change management support, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption strategies. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication, training, and post-go-live support.
•    Minimal disruption to our operating environment
- The SAP modules that are currently in use include the following:
•    Human Capital Management (HCM)
•    Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO)
•    Logistics: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales and Distribution
•    Project Systems
•    Real Estate
•    Plant Maintenance
•    Business Information Warehousing
- Geotab
•    Telematic solution which involves hardware installed in vehicles to track positioning, odometer and drive
•    Two-way API interface, jobs run once daily, equipment attributes sent out of SAP and readings imported into SAP
- ArcGIS (ESRI)
•    Geospatial platform used for creating, managing, analyzing, and sharing geographic data
•    One-way API from SAP to ESRI. Sent on demand for equipment and work orders
- There are approximately 3.5 TB of ERP related data using Oracle as its database. It is anticipated that some of this data will be archived prior to moving to a new system, however some data will need to be migrated to the new system.
