The Vendor is required to provide to procure and implement a cloud based academic scheduling platform to replace it’s existing on premise scheduling system.
- The scheduling platform must support scheduling activities across:
• Degree, diploma, certificate, apprenticeship, and non-credit academic careers
• Multiple campuses, academic terms, and delivery modes
• Constraint based scheduling of instructional time, space, instructors, and modalities
• Use of specialized instructional environments, including laboratories, shops, and applied learning spaces
• Structured submission of program level scheduling inputs with centralized validation and oversight
• Transparent identification, management, and documentation of scheduling conflicts
• Staged development, review, and release of schedules prior to publication

• Cloud-based deployment with compliant data residency
• Support for separate production, testing, and validation environments
• Integration with agency enterprise systems, including the student information system and other systems of record
• Secure access, role-based permissions, and auditability of scheduling activity
• Reporting and visualization capabilities to support operational oversight and institutional decision-making
- Implementation and support
• Solution implementation and configuration
• Data migration and validation, as applicable
• Support for testing, training, and organizational readiness
• Go-live support and post-implementation stabilization
• Ongoing system support, maintenance, and upgrades in accordance with service agreements.
