The Vendor is required to provide to obtain a concessions point of sale primarily for Stadium Arena Event Services (SAES) managed events at University.
- We use approximately 175 points of sale, consisting of some fixed units and mostly wireless, offline and remote ordering units.

- The system support offline transactions, and how is offline processing implemented
- Multi-year warranty options
- Ability to implement sponsorship promotion on customer facing display
- Operating temperature parameters, handheld drop test validation and handheld battery life
- Ability to operate in Offline Mode while storing transactions until connections are restored including credit card and loaded ticket sales.
- Support both IOS and Android operating systems
- Support IP based printing
- Updates to firmware/operating systems through network or POS application
