Case Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive Integrated Case Management System (CMS) to support the administration and management of treatment courts in state.
- System shall support the collection, management, and analysis of program data while facilitating communication and coordination among treatment court team members.  
- The system shall be designed to support current program operations and provide flexibility to accommodate future program expansion and emerging best practices.
- The new CMS shall have a Go Live date on or before March 31, 2027.
