The Vendor is required to provide for building automation systems repair, replacement, and installation (“building automation services”).
- Services may be requested by various divisions within the County on an as-needed basis, but it is anticipated that most services will be for the Facilities Management division and that County funds will be used to pay for the services.
- Repair, replacement, and installation of components of the reliable controls building automation systems to include but not be limited to reliable control controllers, fan powered boxes, VAV boxes, other related hardware and equipment, comprehensive troubleshooting; and all necessary programming, to include but not limited to building graphics for user interface, alarm configuration, schedule configuration, trend logging, and all interlocking programming to achieve sequence of operations.
- Provide maintenance for county building automation equipment installed by others on a time and materials basis at the hourly Contractor rates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Emergency work or work occurring before or after regular business hours, including 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, will also be on a time and materials basis at the Contractor's hourly rates.
