Forfeited Asset Management and Information Support System

The Vendor is required to provide forfeited asset management and information support system solution to track and record data related to its business (legal status of property, asset management and financial expenditures) from the initial referral to a final close-out of the file.
- Requirement:
•    Provide contractor hosted solution;
•    Explicitly require deployment model (SaaS)
•    Development of a project plan;
•    Implementation of the solution;
•    Software deployment and configuration;
•    Data conversion and migration;
•    Training, utilizing the train the trainer approach ;
•    User manuals for all user levels; and
•    Application maintenance and support services from Monday to Friday, regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. state time.
