The Vendor is required to provide asset management system (AMS) to serve as the foundation for a comprehensive, data-driven maintenance and asset management program (AMP).
- Provide AMS implementation services to optimize the district’s current workflows including preventive and corrective maintenance, asset inspections, construction, procurement, inventory, and linkage to customer service orders in the billing and customer information system (CIS).
- AMS solution will allow users to create, assign, and manage work orders directly from a GIS map interface, enabling real-time visualization of asset locations, field activities, and work status, while maintaining bidirectional synchronization between the AMS and GIS.
- AMS solution will provide mobile functionality to support offline work order management, asset inspection capture, and GIS-based map interaction, with the ability to synchronize data with the central system when network connectivity becomes available.

1. Analysis:
• Provide product overview training and orientation
• Review the integration requirements of AMS with other district systems
• Review the operating requirements, hardware configuration and requirements, processing speed and capacity
• Review the business processes to be supported by the standard configured software
• Identify and suggest preferred business practices consistent with other implementations of the product and industry best practices.
2. Project management and initiation:
• Provide the appropriate project management activities including coordination, scheduling, reporting, and risk management activities.
• The successful proposer is expected to work partially on-site and partially remote depending on the project phase and specific activities mutually agreed upon by both the district and successful proposer.
• During critical phases (e.g., requirements gathering, testing, end-user training, and go live) the selected proposer may be required to be on-site for extended periods.
