HRIS and Payroll System

The Vendor is required to provide human resources information system (HRIS) that provides organizational support as outlined including, but not limited to, providing a system of record for all employee data, benefits administration, payroll administration, program and grant allocations, timekeeping, compensation administration, employee self-service, performance management, interactive home page dashboard, compliance, talent acquisition, and talent management.
- Requirement:
1. Payroll
•    The audit process for each payroll.
•    The system identify missed punches that need to be corrected
•    The system identify pending PTO requests that need to be approved
•    The PTO accrual process.
•    Processes are in place to make corrections to payroll errors
•    A mid-period salary change is processed.
•    System validate minimum and maximum salary (of grade) when pay is changed and provide warning messages needed.
•    Capabilities to track occurrences.
2. Payroll general
•    There start and stop dates for deductions, liens, garnishments, loans, etc.
•    The system’s ability to set up deductions/earnings/rate changes with appropriate future effective dates.
•    System handles labor distribution (costs allocated per employee) for multiple funding and grant sources
•    Labor distribution be recorded on employee timesheets
•    Back will payroll history be kept and retrievable? Locally or on your server
•    There blank fields in your system we can customize to track and report data unique to our company
•    The payroll updates available in the system after submission (time and day)
•    Dedicated customer support representative specifically to handle payroll issues
•    The administration functionality or capability of your product
•    System handle manual checks
•    System allow a different pay rate than the one in the employee’s file
•    Racking system that can tell if an employee was transferred from one location to another so that the manager knows working.
