- The software must provide a robust, enterprise-grade platform that covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle through comprehensive core HR functionality.
- Requirement
• Core HR and human resources: manages employee records, organizational structures and charts, position and job description management and budgeting, employee data and document management, and regulatory compliance.
• Talent management: covers recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, succession planning, goal setting, and career development.
• Time and attendance management: handles time and labor tracking, attendance and absence management, and scheduling.
• Payroll and compensation: manages payroll processing, and monetary and non-monetary rewards, direct deposit and pay slips, tax compliance.
• Benefits administration: management of health benefits, retirement plans
• Compliance tracking: policy, training, credentials, and health and safety reporting
• Learning management system: register for courses, load our own course content, tracking, and notification for update and renewal.
• Employee self-service: empowers employees to manage personal data, time entry, skills, and benefits.
• Analytics and reporting: delivers insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, turnover, liability, seniority and years of service, and talent acquisition.
• Integrations: seamless integration with other ERP modules such as financials, and identity and authentication systems; and the institutional data warehouse.
