The Vendor is required to provide of supplying and implementing a Lead Generation and Management Tool that,
• Supports both international and domestic recruitment activities and management
• Supports automated marketing campaigns that are supported through a variety of channels, and incorporates behaviour-based triggers
• Demonstrates the value of the marketing campaigns through analytics and offers trend analysis through simplistic reporting mechanisms
• Provides events management (for recruitment related events only) to support planning, details, promotion and post reporting analytics
• Supports recruiter organization and enablement such as designation of territories, assignments and tasks

• The solution offers the ability to optimize the identification, prioritization, and nurturing of prospective students from both international and domestic geographies.
• The solution enables data driven decision-making across the higher education recruitment lifecycle.
• Solution provides a cost based analytic related to the recruitment efforts for a prospective student.
• Explain lead assignment and reassignment to individual recruiters (including territory, program, etc.
- Recruiter Management
• The ability for recruiters to log notes, track interactions, and maintain a history of engagement with each lead
• The ability to conduct task and activity tracking, such as follow -ups, call reminders, and meeting scheduling.
