Treasury and Securities Financing Platform

The Vendor is required to provide to procure a scalable, purpose-built platform to support agency treasury and securities financing activities, including but not limited to computation of financing economics, workflow automation, margin and capital attribution, repurchase agreement lifecycle processing, counterparty risk monitoring, and robust reporting.
- Provide a fully funded public pension for over 703,000 current and former employees of state agencies, the university system, school districts, and most local governments.

•    Technical support model, including but not limited to:
o    Hours of coverage
o    Support tiers
o    Dedicated vs. Shared resources
•    Provide support SLAS, including but not limited to:
o    Response times by severity
o    Resolution targets
•    Incident management process, including but not limited to:
o    Issue reporting

o    Status tracking
•    Release management process, including but not limited to:
o    Frequency of releases
o    Notification process
o    Forced vs optional upgrades
•    Testing strategy, including but not limited to, for:
o    Customizations
o    Upgrades
o    Include availability of sandbox/test environments.
•    Training approach, including but not limited to:
o    Documentation
o    User guides
o    Online help
o    Live training
•    Monitoring and observability, including but not limited to:
o    System monitoring tools
o    Client visibility into system health
