Student Teaching Placement Solution

The Vendor is required to provide an online portal solution to manage the placement process of early field and student teaching candidates from its three Universities located county.
- System shall be able to process and support approximately 8,000 (TBD) active users each year in a role-based approach, such as students, administrators, cooperating teachers, program supervisors, program coordinators, or similar roles.
- protect user privacy and shall not use University Data for marketing/advertising non-service analytics, or training AI/ML models, unless explicitly authorized by the University.
- provide automated data export functionality that enables the University to extract complete datasets on a daily basis without manual intervention, in a documented, non-proprietary format.
- The system shall allow each University to retain ownership of their respective data.
- The system shall support bulk import of student/course data using documented templates or APIs, with validation and error reporting.
- System shall allow authorized roles to export institution-scoped data (e.g. by campus/tenant) with access controls enforced.
- System shall support multiple campuses while ensuring non-administrator level users from one campus cannot access records from another campus
- System shall support creation and use of custom forms, such as time reports, role specific evaluation form, and student teaching application form
- System shall be able to allow a user to be associated with one or more roles.
- System shall support the creation and management of distinct user roles.
- System shall match an existing person record at creation, or create a new person record for new applications (students and non-students).
- System shall support batch creation of new user records.
- System shall support the creation and assignment of placement evaluation forms of any active user.
- System shall store assigned placement site(s) and cooperating teacher(s) per student and semester, including district, school, cooperating teacher contact, term, eligibility, and license sought.
- System shall support multiple placement types (e.g., Early Field Experience, Student Teaching, Internships, Apprenticeships).
- System shall provide a reporting system for placement related data.
