The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive web-based employee time and attendance system to fully replace its existing web-based sage time platform.
- Provide a modern, vendor-supported solution that improves workforce time tracking, attendance monitoring, scheduling and leave management.
- Requirement:
1. System implementation
•    Provide a fully functional web-based time and attendance system
•    Configure the system to support organizational:
o    Pay rules
o    Overtime policies
o    Shift schedules
o    Leave accrual rules
o    Approval workflows
o    Tracking of employee labor hours by job, project or task
•    Migrate all relevant employee and historical timekeeping data from existing sage time system
•    Conduct system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment
•    Provide documentation and implementation support through go-live
