The Vendor is required to provide develop and implement all necessary programs, hardware, and software to successfully operate an effective and efficient Hybrid System vehicle inspection program in various facilities and locations across the State.
- The data shall be provided on a periodic basis (e.g. every hour or more frequently) and the Contractor shall perform any conversion of the data as necessary.
- The Management Console shall include, but not be limited to the following:
• Dashboard Overview;
• Administration of Management Console Users;
• Administration of Inspectors, Auditors, ERTs, Inspection Facilities, ERTs, and ERFs;
• Messaging to NGWorkstations;
• NGWorkstation Management and Lockouts;
• Audit Administration and Audit Data;
• Fraud Detection and Triggers;
• Covert Vehicle Administration;
• Inspection Data Retrieval;
• Reference Table Management;
• Standard and Ad Hoc Reporting;
• Issuance of Replacement, Collector, and New Car Dealer Inspection Stickers;
• Sticker Inventory Control;
• CIF Queue Cameras and Wait Times;
• Billing Information;
• SLA Tracking; and
• Access to Issue Tracking System.
- The capability to supply data to MVC in real time;
- The capability to collect and store all inspection data, roadside inspection (MIT) data, and bus inspection (BIT) data;
- The capability to collect, store, and secure all Audit Data;
- The capability to collect, store, and forward all fleet and mobile inspection team inspection data in non-real time (via daily updates);
- Appropriate interfaces to the current MVC/OIT data system including the Inspection Services and MVC vehicle registration database;
- The capability to handle data query in real time;
- Triggers capable of identifying fraud in real time and providing the data necessary for use in real time enforcement and enforcement cases.
- The Management Console shall provide the capability to manage the Emission Repair Technician Program and all its components.
- The data captured needed to manage this program includes, but is not limited to, technician identification, employer information, testing for both agency and the State specific course, certification, and associated expiration dates.
