Qualitative Data Analysis Software and Services

The Vendor is required to provide for Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) software (local software, institution hosted software, vendor hosted software, and/or SaaS solutions), value-added services, and ongoing support for agency.
- System include:
• Ability to train the auto coding to account for the 15% margin of error
• Should not use public AI (i.e. any public AI), but should instead use institution managed and/or institution hosted AI for privacy and data security considerations.
• Ability to turn off AI feature, based on individual Participating Member, if AI feature is not directly managed by the Participating Member.
• All Participating Member data is excluded from the learning model
• Cloud collaboration functionality with encryption for multi-site studies
• The solution should support a minimum 10 concurrent users
• The solution supports multiple operating systems, and at a minimum Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS.
• List all other operating systems supported (i.e. Linux, Android, iOS, etc.).
• Identify availability and any associated costs for read-only seats/licenses
• Must have the ability to link structured and unstructured data
• Must have the ability to filter by code, theme, or structured variable
• Descriptive statistics for structured variables, if available describe if tables or visualizations
• Ability to display data in multiple languages, including those that do not use the roman alphabet
• Mixed-method capabilities (integrate numerical or statistical data).
