Transfer Credit Evaluation Software

The Vendor is required to provide transfer credit evaluation software solution that will modernize the end-to-end transfer credit (TC) experience and reinforce institute position as a preferred institution for students seeking recognition of prior post-secondary learning.
- Requires a modern, centralized transfer credit (TC) solution that streamlines rule management, request processing, and decision transparency while supporting institutional scalability, compliance, and future-state process modernization.
- Especially interested in vendors who provide end-to-end implementation services with minimal burden on campus it staff (implementation of the new solution, oracle campus solutions and PeopleSoft integration and required changes or development).
- The solution must integrate seamlessly with PeopleSoft campus solutions (institute sis) and fully support the complete transfer credit lifecycle—from initial request intake through to supporting final decision posting on the student record within campus solutions.
- The solution should provide the following key functions:
• A centralized transfer credit rules database (yes and no rules)
• Tools for managing, maintaining, and auditing transfer credit rules
• Fully auditable end-to-end TC request evaluation process, including appeals utilizing the TC rules and their application based on the defined conditions (e.g. Minimum grade, shelf-life)
• Clear visibility into evaluation stages for both staff and requestors
• Supporting communication with TC requestors
• Robust search and reporting capabilities
• A public-facing interface for transfer credit rule information and searching for prospective students
• An ability to deliver a report offered automatically to institute applicants outlining eligible transfer credits for any post-secondary coursework completed within the shelf life
• Data preparation to support uploads of transfer credit rules to the provincial searchable public database, transfer state
• Ability to support future slate integration.
