The Vendor is required to provide to implement a commercial off the shelf, ‘Drawings Management Solution (DMS)’, configured to meet City’s business.
- Software Capabilities
• Centralize Software Storage System for drawings
• Ability to search, download and upload drawings in DMS
• Ability to integrate with City’s Single-Sign-On for Role Based Access to DMS
• Ability to sync and integrate drawings from City’s existing software systems
• Ability to validate (for deficiencies) drawings automatically via public interface
• One-time migration of drawing files from network drives and OCE software
- On-Premises:
• Architectural Design: provide an architecture design document depicting all connections and integrations
• Infrastructure prerequisites: provide infrastructure sizing and prerequisites so that City’s IT can provision DMS related IT infrastructure.
- On-Cloud:
• Architectural Design: provide an architecture design document depicting all connections and integrations
• N/W Prerequisites: provide network prerequisites – so that the City’s IT can provision connections to allow seamless network access and integrations.
• Data Extraction: provide capability for City’s IT team to extract all data from the cloud hosted DMS system, due to termination of the contract and/or in case the bidder cannot operate its business due to unforeseen reasons such as force majeure, bankruptcy or any legal or cyber incidents.
