The Vendor is required to provide digital community engagement software platform will serve as an accessible, centralized online hub for community members who wish to engage digitally rather than in person.
- Platform requirement:
• Be web-based and accessible via standard web browsers
• Function on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Be hosted in a secure and reliable cloud environment
• Provide reasonable system availability and performance
- Engagement hub and project management
• Provide background information, timelines, and supporting materials for each project
• Display both current and archived engagement projects
• Create, publish, and manage engagement projects
• Provide background information, timelines materials
• Residents must be able to easily view and navigate engagement projects.
