Property Vendor Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to administer and manage Property Vendor Management Service (PVMS) for remediation and construction contractors, an active contractor network and related services for our business across country.
- Ensure availability and visibility of contractor warranties and that contractors provide a minimum two-year labour and material warranty on all work.
- Process Network Contractor Application in maximum 4 weeks from receipt of complete application.
- Capable of contractor recruiting, vetting, and onboarding.
- Provide a summary of the typical accreditation requirements for contractors to join your network.
- The application/solution/service supports a strong password policy on its own. It's possible to enforce password policy and/or complexity (such as minimum length, numbers and alphabet requirements, and upper- and lower-case constraints).
- The application/solution/service implements secure session management, including automatic session timeout and invalidation upon user logout or extended inactivity.
- The application/solution/service is able to revoke access to users who no longer require access to the application or data.
- The application/solution/service encrypts passwords so they are unviewable to the system administrators.
- The application/solution/service implements data integrity controls, such as checksums, to detect unauthorized data modification and ensure that data has not been tampered with.
- The application/solution/service follows a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), incorporating security into every stage of the development process.
- The application/solution/service integrates with Data Loss Prevention tools to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration and ensure data protection.
