Interview Preparation Platform

The Vendor is required to provide to procure an accessible, evidence-informed, and responsibly designed artificial intelligence–supported platform that enhances interview preparation for post-secondary students at the University
- The platform will support diverse learners across disciplines and experience levels in developing practical interview skills, confidence, and overall readiness for employment opportunities. It is intended to complement and support existing career development services by enabling scalable, customizable, equitable, and flexible access to practice opportunities and personalized feedback.
- Services include:
• Use of an artificial intelligence (AI) backed interview preparation platform that provides personalized practice opportunities and meaningful feedback to enhance students’ readiness for job interviews.
• Ability to customize both question sets and feedback based on different types of job descriptions.
• Analytic data for staff to monitor and assess both individual and cohort-based performance.
• High availability/reliability (greater than or equal to 99.99%), especially during periods of high volume traffic.
• Project management plan and resources to facilitate the implementation of the platform.
• Implementation of the platform in cooperation with the university project implementation team including:
• Kick-off and requirement gathering
• Functional design and build including set-up and configuration of platform data and workflows
• Integration with university single sign-on system.
• Testing, deployment, & go-live.
• Training and support model.
• Post-implementation and on-going support.
