The Vendor is required to provide an enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.
- It must include comprehensive and robust Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) capabilities.
- Solution that includes but is not limited to the following key criteria.
• Supports scalability and flexibility to accommodate future growth and evolving healthcare delivery models.
• Integrates seamlessly with existing agency applications and infrastructure, including cloud-hosted and on-premises environments.
• Provides robust security and compliance features, including identity governance, access reviews, and policy enforcement aligned with healthcare regulations.
• Enables automation of user lifecycle management (on-boarding, multiple positions, transfers, off-boarding) and reduces manual intervention.
• Delivers a user-friendly experience for diverse user groups while maintaining operational sustainability.
• Includes a clear implementation roadmap, outlining phased migration, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provides transparent and comprehensive pricing that reflects the total cost of ownership, including all components required to design, configure, integrate, and support the IAM solution over its lifecycle.

• Virtual instructor-led training of training the trainer for 20 seats and produce training materials in electronic word format documentation
• Help desk support (24x7 365 MT) normally with SLA to able to support emergencies. Provide example of different types of support SLA levels
• Design/Configure/Deploy: Dev, Test, Prod environments in the new solution.
