The Vendor is required to provide a consultant with expertise in the field of occupational health & safety to support ongoing enhancements to their health & safety management system, which comprises a variety of programs and procedures intended to support and promote a safe workplace for its employees and contractors.
- Support with the improvement of their existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and with the development of new SOPs.
- H&S Program Auditing:
• Auditing fieldwork for compliance with existing standard operating procedures & applicable legislation and preparing reports on the findings of audits. The target for this service would be at
• Least one audit per year per existing standard operating procedure of agency.
• Auditing agency existing H&S programs for compliance & preparing compliance reports. The target for this service would be at least one audit per year per existing standard operating procedure of agency.
- Inspections & Permits Tracking System:
• Support with the consolidation of their existing recordkeeping systems and tracking of records for their safety management system.
• Proposals should highlight the tools and technologies to be used by the service provider for this purpose i.e. Safety management software.
• The consultant and any selected safety software must be able to provide agency with direct digital access to these records.
• It is expected that all tracked records of permits, certifications, and inspections are to be made available to agency upon request, and that any tracked records be kept current within five business days.
