- Automated Workflow and Routing
• Configurable workflows to automate application routing, reviews, approvals, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Task and Case Management
• Assignment and tracking of tasks, cases, and activities across staff, including internal comments, notifications, and status updates.
- GIS and External System Integration
• Integration with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other relevant enterprise systems to support parcel/lot tracking, spatial data visualization, and environmental data access.
- Payment Processing and Fee Management
• Secure online payment capabilities, including fee calculation, invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Inspection Management
• Scheduling, tracking, and documentation of field inspections, including mobile access for inspectors and the ability to upload field reports, photos, and findings.

• Tools to track permit compliance, non-conforming uses, violations, and enforcement actions, including automated alerts and notifications to staff and applicants.

• Support for mobile or tablet-based access for field staff and inspectors to perform inspections and update records in real time.
