The Vendor is required to provide a microfiche digitization system. Rental, lease, lease-to-own, or any other non-purchase pricing models for the equipment itself will not be considered and will be deemed non-responsive.
- furnish, deliver, install, and support a high-performance microfiche scanning system capable of high-volume digitization, image processing, and optical character recognition (“OCR”).

• Dual-camera scanning system with intelligent pre-scan functionality
• Automated and manual microfiche loading capabilities
• Input hopper capacity of approximately 75 microfiche at a time
• Compatibility with multiple fiche formats (including simplex, duplex, COM, and aperture cards)
• Image enhancement features including cropping, de-skewing, rotation, inversion, and mirroring
• Automatic gain control for real-time image quality optimization
• Dual output capability (grayscale and bitonal simultaneously)
- Workstation:
• One (1) dedicated high-performance external PC workstation compatible with the scanner
• One (1) additional PC workstation to support image processing and workflow operations
• All required monitors, cabling, and peripherals necessary for system operation
- Scanning and Processing Software
• FastFiche scanning software or equivalent for scan capture and workflow control
• Quantum Process (or equivalent) image processing software
- Accessories and Consumables
• Manufacturer-recommended consumables kit
• Any required feeder components, loading arms, or system accessories
• All components required for full operational readiness.
