Multi-Site Distributed Antenna System Modernization

The Vendor is required to provide modernization of distributed antenna systems (DAS) across four (4) facilities located county.
- The objective of this project is to upgrade legacy DAS infrastructure to support modern cellular technologies, including FirstNet (Band 14), LTE, and 5G, and current LMR public safety bands to ensure improved indoor coverage and enhanced emergency communication capabilities.
- Cell signal strengths should be at least -110 dbm within the areas of intended coverage (bounded in red on accompanying diagrams).
- LMR signal strengths should be at least -95 dbm within the areas of intended coverage (bounded in red on accompanying diagrams).
- Include system design, programming, tuning, and agency registration.
- Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for installation, commissioning, and testing
- Provide as-built documentation, system verification reports, and commissioning records.
- Work must be performed during standard business hours (0700–1600, Monday–Friday), excluding state and federal holidays.
- Project completion is expected within 30–75 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, depending on Alternates selected.
