The Vendor is required to provide to perform market research related to enhancing the process of documenting the core needs within IT disaster recovery planning process.
- General requirements
• Solution will be designed for cloud implementation, with fail-over capabilities to remote locations.
• Integration with ticketing systems containing configuration management data base repositories.
• Contain resources to design and implement department or industry supported forms noted in the introduction portion of this document.
• Solution should be single license based, with the ability to define user accessibility to the solution based on the roles and usages.
• Single sign-on interface with active directory.
• Segregation of the completed forms in the repository by type
• Application documentation contain the identical id number with a sub-category with the ability to parse.
• Contain AI capabilities.
• Ability to generate reports to ensure all form types for the applications are on hand.
• Generate reports on missing or not completed application document.
• Interface with the ticketing system to create and assign tasks for the application owners and support teams for the action required.
• Repository must utilize industry-based backup and recovery solutions.
