- The LMS to include:

• Responsive technical support
• Training videos and manuals
• The ability to catalog books, eBooks, Chromebook, robots, and Makerspace Kits
• Easy label and barcode printing
• Status tracking (ex. Lost) and
• Integrate with the Boards current systems
- IT Mandatory Requirements
• Act Compliance – the software must comply with the ensure it’s fully accessible to all users.
• State Privacy Laws – the software must adhere to all relevant privacy laws, including but not limited to the Act (MFIPPA) and any other applicable State legislation.
• SSO Support Using Azure – the software must support Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality with Azure Active Directory to ensure seamless user access control and management.
