The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive software solution for key functions of operation in Residential Life.
- These items include, but are not limited to: Forms for reporting (on-call logs, noise complaints, evaluations, lock-outs, roommate agreements, etc.); staff scheduling abilities including front desk hours and on-call schedules; program proposals with the ability to link back directly to the residential curriculum; student staff performance evaluations; activity attendance tracking; large-scale communication capabilities (texting, email, surveys, inner-platform messaging); the ability to look at a student's individual profile and see their holistic history with housing (program attendance, conversations with staff, noise complaints, etc.); Staff resource storage; insight report capabilities (data collection and assessment); different levels of user access for confidentiality purposes; the ability to view a community overview from a macro level of the whole area down to the micro-level of the individual student; and the ability to denote a student of concern.
- Must be able to integrate with Housing Database software, StarRez; must be able to integrate with University CRM, Salesforce.
- This software should be out-of-the-box ready and be implemented immediately.

• Mass communication capabilities including email and text messaging
• Scheduling capabilities for staffing of front desk and on call shifts
• Templates for notes, including student/staff meetings and student engagement efforts
• Integration with CRM (Salesforce) and occupancy management software (StarRez). This includes the ability to send a receive data necessary for operational functions of tracking student engagement, meeting notes and occupancy status. These interfaces may or may not require REST API
• Provide capability for a community overview at both a macro and micro level
• Tools for facilitating cohesive living environments such as roommate agreement forms
