The Vendor is required to provide to gather information regarding the time clock options available that will meet our business needs and will integrate successfully with the Workday ERP system the County is currently implementing.
- The timeclocks will be used for Long-Term Care Homes and our Paramedic Services.
- Administrative staff for overseeing the clocks and scheduling is approximately 7 staff:
• Systems staff – set up clock and oversee the function
• IT – install clocks, set up networks and troubleshoot
• Shift Supervisors – support on site, set up bio metrics on clock
• All 24/7 Management + IPAC – support on site, set up bio metrics on physical clocks
