The Vendor is required to provide furnish and install an online, real-time parking access and revenue control system (PARCS).
- The new PARCS will feature an on-site server (a cloud-based multi-tenant server software package solution will be evaluated and considered as an option) with remote access controlling a gated, ticket-in, Pay-on-Foot (POF), central-cashiered system, with credit card pay-at-exit, which will be augmented with advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology for transient and staff/employee customers, AVI Readers for pre-authorized vehicles, contactless credit cards including mobile wallet, mobile Pay-on-Foot (POF), online validations, reservations/pre-booking integration, and an accounts receivable package for registered transient customers.
- The Reservations and Accounts Receivable packages are to be native PARCS, not third-party software packages.
- The Airport Terminal includes a cashier station to accept cash payments, miscellaneous payments, and provides customer service support, as well as two (2) Payment Card-only Pay on-Foot kiosks.
- Work Included:
• Review Specifications to ensure that all functional requirements, as described, can be achieved with the equipment to be supplied.
• Provide Submittals as specified.
• Coordinate and confirm the final and precise layout of PARCS equipment, mounting structures, conduits, stubs, and anchor bolts with the Airport prior to installation.
• Attend construction meetings, provide schedules as requested, and schedule fieldwork to be coordinated with the Airport.
• Provide and install all PARCS equipment as described and specified.
• Provide and install mounting structures necessary for the PARCS equipment.
• Provide and install all software, ancillary components, and materials to provide a complete and functional PARCS and interconnection with any Airport-supplied equipment.
• Provide, install, terminate, and connect all necessary communications wiring and conduit required for the PARCS.
• Provide, install, terminate, and connect any power conditioning required for the system's operation.
• Comply with all applicable codes and standards.
• Authorize and accept responsibility for the application of power to the equipment and the initiation of operation.
• Run all initial diagnostics and system testing necessary to provide a complete working system.
• Participate in system commissioning as required herein.
• Test equipment as specified.
• Provide as-built drawings, operating manuals, and maintenance manuals as specified.
• Provide training as specified.
• Provide warranty services as required.
