EIMS Technical Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide up to a maximum of 300 hours of consulting services or troubleshooting services to assist the department in production support of the environment infrastructure management system (EIMS).
- Facilities
• Provide the following facilities to support the contractor in its performance of the services:
o User and administrator access to EIMS;
o Electronic copies of EIMS documentation and previous change requests; and
o A laptop and software necessary to produce deliverables within the goa network.
• The following facilities in order to perform the services:
o Office space and supplies; and
o Any other hardware, software, facilities, equipment and support not listed in (a) necessary to produce the deliverables and perform the services.
