Data Visualization and Analytics Platform

The Vendor is required to provide capable of implementing data analytics pipelines and dashboards from multiple system data sources in its spot-fire data visualization analytics environment ("DVA") to identify characteristics or patterns in data for better decision-making.
- Requirement and contractor duties:
• Participate in milestones reviews, project meetings, creation of interim reports and project status reports to ensure a successful execution.
• Activities that are to be planned during project execution, include all necessary planning activities.
• City and city project management team project data including status, schedule, and cost as related to duties in accordance with the city's standard project management standards and tools.
• Responsible for scheduling and organizing regular coordination meetings with city staff to identify and resolve issues during the course of the project.
• Develop and propose remedial subject to issues arise.
• Such plans will develop and propose remedial will include resolution steps.
• Compliance tracking, personnel and stakeholder management, as well as progress reporting
• Responsible for the knowledge transfer of all documentation, materials, guides and manuals developed for the project.
• Collaboratively and liaise with and take direction from city staff assigned to the project including, but may not be limited to the following designated roles:
o City project manager;
o City business analyst(s);
o Various technical staff;
o Any other role and personnel, as and when assigned, by the city.
• Responsible for identifying all required technical services and work with designated city personnel to:
o Deliver detailed solution architecture and design documentation, pertaining to the installation and configuration of the solution
o Develop policies, procedures, and protocol for maintaining the solution after implementation.
o The city reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, change, modify and add to the services, requirements, timelines and scheduled deliverable deadlines at any time during the course of the term.
