The Vendor is required to provide human capital management (HCM) software solution including core HR, payroll and recruitment functions.
- Preliminary analysis and engagement activities are already underway to identify design requirements for the future HCM solution, including key policy considerations that may influence a replacement.
- Purposes:
• Determine the level of market interest
• Obtain information on potential new technologies or approaches
• Obtain high-level cost estimates for budget purposes identify and discuss key factors that the respondent recommends agency consider when developing its future business requirements.
