• Develop the integrated paid media strategy and recommended channel mix aligned to enrollment goals for each graduate program.
• Define audience segmentation, targeting, and creative direction for paid placements as part of the overall integrated campaign plan.
2. Third-party media budget
• Recommend the total third-party media budget required to support the scope of services across the graduate programs listed in the pricing sheet.
• The amount priced under item 3 shall reflect only net spend paid directly to third party media companies (e.g., meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, google, programmatic networks) with no agency markups, fees, commissions, or rebates retained by the vendor.
