The Vendor is required to provide software as a service (SaaS) and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) property claims repair estimate solution and related services that has standalone platform capabilities as well as can integrate with our present guidewire cloud and claims workflow.
- Requirement:
• Provide a property-claims repair estimating platform used by government adjusters and contractors to build detailed repair estimates using localized construction pricing, photos, sketches, and standardized line items.
• Connect all parties in the claim (insurer, adjusters, and contractors and suppliers) in a more consistent workflow, aiming to reduce cycle time and claim costs and improve transparency and customer experience.
• Offer multiple access options (desktop, web/online, and mobile) with cloud syncing, reporting, and productivity tools.
• Support integrations with government systems via data exchange (e.g., importing and exporting claim and estimate data using formats like xml and pdfs).
• Define pricing approach (per-user monthly licensing, plus potential transaction fees for certain workflows like assignments
• Lay out technical requirements and support (OS/device requirements, 24/7 support, escalation model, response targets by severity).
• Aligning with our corporate strategy; government corporate strategic areas are efficiencies and profitability.
