Online Auction Services

The Vendor is required to provide for online auction services in the state to liquidate and dispose of government surplus property through a full service online auction platform.
- Comprehensive online auction services for county and shall be responsible for performing the following functions:
• Tag & photograph county assets and lot numbers offered for auction.
• Upload photographs, videos, and other relevant media of assets to the online auction platform.
• Enter and maintain accurate descriptions and asset information on the online auction platform.
• Coordinate with county to mutually establish and manage auction dates and times.
• Set minimum opening bid amounts with county's approval.
• Configure bid increment requirements.
• Establish and manage reserve prices with county's approval.
• Restrict or suspend defaulting bidders from participating in county auctions.
• Process requests for credits or fee adjustments when a winning bidder fails to complete payment.
• Place assets on hold and maintain them for future auction events as directed by the county.
• Provide a simple process for withdrawing assets from an auction and notify all registered bidders of the withdrawal.
• Provide a simple process for relisting withdrawn assets and notify all registered bidders when such assets have been reposted for auction.
• Schedule and coordinate asset inspections and viewings for prospective bidders.
• Facilitate the collection of auction payments and the processing of related credit transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate asset pickup appointments with successful bidders and oversee the release of assets.
• Provide customer service support via telephone and email during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Provide all personnel, systems, software, and resources necessary to perform the services described herein and ensure the successful administration of County online auctions.
