The Vendor is required to provide a centralized disability management program designed to support employee health, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work requirements. For system access, we have approximately 20 internal users including disability health managers, return-to-work coordinators, admin-health related absences, and business product support, who oversee disability health-related services for our 4,400 employees across various departments and locations.
- The current system configuration does not meet our reporting requirements and case management needs due to a heavy reliance on manual processes.
- A web-based disability and health management system that includes case management modules, absence support, accommodation support, return-to work planning, configurable workflows, communication tracking, and data analytics and reporting capabilities, and that supports agency in achieving the following strategic objectives (the “Solution”):
• Improve operational efficiency by automating and streamlining disability case workflows to reduce manual effort and administrative burden;
• Ensure compliance by meeting legal and regulatory obligations related to disability accommodation and reporting;
• Enhance employee support by providing timely, coordinated care and return-to-work planning for employees with medical conditions and/or disabilities; and
• Enable data-driven decisions by leveraging data analytics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and optimize program performance.
- Services to ensure successful implementation of the Solution, including configuration, testing, training, system integration (with Oracle PeopleSoft and other third-party SaaS solutions), and support for migrating all active files and historical data, based on criteria to be determined by agency; and
- Ongoing support and maintenance services for the Solution.
