RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide for the supply of implementation services for a new Human Capital Management software solution including Core HR, Payroll and Recruitment functions.
- Planning for the modernization of its Human Capital Management (HCM) software platform including core Human Resources (HR), payroll and recruitment functions.
- The primary objective of this project is to modernize agency human resources software platform, currently delivered through Oracle PeopleSoft and several related peripheral systems and custom modules.
- PeopleSoft has been in use since 1999, and agency aims to transition these systems and processes into an integrated, modern HCM platform.
