Microsoft 365 Enterprise Customization Project Management System Development

The Vendor is required to provide advisory and hands-on technical and professional services to design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365-based project management tools and workflows.
- Planning and engagement
• Services may include, but are not limited to, conducting surveys, interviews, and internal focus groups to solicit staff and management feedback on system requirements and areas of opportunity for process and project management improvements that can be addressed through Microsoft 365 products.
- Microsoft 365 solutions and implementation
• Services may include, but are not limited to, configuring and implementing project management and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365-native tools and capabilities, which may include:
o Microsoft planner 
o Microsoft lists 
o Microsoft teams 
o SharePoint 
o Power automate 
o Power business intelligence (bi) 
o Power apps 
• Solutions must prioritize low-code and no-code and be internally sustainable and adaptable to different types of air district initiatives.
• Solutions may include, but are not limited to:
o Project tracking boards
o Task management tools
o Status reporting dashboards to provide visibility into project status, project workflows and timelines, risks and issues, resource allocation, and portfolio-level reporting
o Workflow automation to support task assignments, notifications, status updates, reporting workflows, and document approvals
o Document management integration
o Cross-team collaboration tools
- Change management, knowledge transfer and training
• Advise the air district on change management best practices to make tool adoption durable and widespread.
• Provide hands-on configuration support alongside air district staff.
• Document system configurations and workflows.
• Develop training materials and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for air district staff.
• Support air district staff in learning how to maintain and expand the systems and solutions.
