Integrated Workplace Management System

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive integrated workplace management system (IWMS) that supports agency future state workplace vision.
- Objectives
• IWMS functional– delivery of core capabilities including space management, facility management, user management, moves, adds, and changes (mac), asset management, planning and projects, reporting and analytics, mobile application
• SaaS delivery model – a commercially supported, securely hosted solution that is continuously updated and maintained
• enterprise integration objectives – seamless integration with agency enterprise platforms, including identity, human resources, collaboration, and reporting systems
• standardization and scalability – standardized processes, configurable workflows, and the flexibility to adapt to agency evolving operational and strategic needs over time
• Agency intends to select a vendor capable of providing the IWMS solution, full implementation services, and ongoing software support.
