The Vendor is required to provide laboratory information management system (LIMS) is software designed to centralize and streamline laboratory operations, including sample tracking, test management, workflow automation, quality control, and data integrity.

• Sample and lifecycle management sample identification, login, labeling, test assignment, tracking, and full lifecycle management
• Test and data management - test execution, procedures, data entry, calculations, limits management, and result management
• Quality and compliance: quality control (QC) quality assurance (QA), regulatory compliance, and management of limits and sample metadata
• Workflow and operations - workflow configuration, scheduling work assignment, and bench sheet management, end operational controls
• Reagents and equipment reagent and chemical management, equipment tracking, calibration, and maintenance management
• User access and security - user roles role-based access control, approvals, data locking, retention policies, and auditability
