Enterprise Translation Management System

The Vendor is required to provide a high volume of translation requests in 18+ languages for the entire organization using a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
- The Translation Coordinator also maintains a Google sheet in which the details of each translation request is logged throughout its phases through completion.
- The platform should also have an order management portal/interface to enable unique workspaces for unique user groups with different permissions while enabling workflow templates to automate coordination of basic translation requests.
- The order management portal should also enable cost estimates/management in support of potential internal billing/charge backs for larger projects.
- Basic translation requests should be able to follow order management workflows once established without department staff intervention.
