1. EVSE
• Level 2 EVSE:
o Zerova branded, ax series 48a- 11.5kw single phase with 5m (16.4ft) cable length on SAE j1772 connector
• DCFC EVSE:
o Zerova branded, ds series 60kw-180kw with 1x ccs connector, 1x nacs connector.
2. EVSE accessories
• Supply all necessary accessories to support the EV charging infrastructure, including:
o Mounting brackets
o Pedestals
o Wheel stops
o Signage (needs to conform with health authorities design and be signed off)
o Cable management systems
• Ensure all accessories are compatible with the provided EVSE and meet safety and regulatory standards such.
• Provide detailed documentation and guidelines for the proper use and maintenance of accessories.
3. EVSE internet solution
• Provide standardized internet connectivity equipment for EVSE, including routers, modems, wireless access points, network switches, and cabling.

• Ensure all equipment meets the latest industry standards and specifications for network performance and security such
• Able to work with an internet service provider (ISP) internet connection under health authorities instructions and integrate with existing infrastructure through cellular data internet solutions should there be a need.
• If a cellular data solution is needed, proponent must show the ability to provide a standardized fully configured internet hub that is plug and play with remote diagnostics, login capabilities, and member control.
• The EVSE internet solution leverage cellular data internet, the proponent is expected to provide data connection and a fee structure for cellular data for the duration of the contract.
- Electrical and EVSE installation
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine energy capacity, optimal installation locations, civil work requirements, and prepare EV ready plans for approval.
o Provide evaluation and guidance for best placement of EVSE on site that meet the electrical code.
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for installation from relevant authorities.
• Install all equipment and accessories in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Ensure that installations are safe, secure, and compliant with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Provide all necessary electrical components such as connectors, cables, and power supply units and all necessary hardware necessary to mount the EVSE.
• Ensure EVSE’s are properly configured to the correct output on a hardware level to ensure compliance with over current protection (OCP)
o Shop drawings and specifications should indicate OCP rating for every power output setting for individual EVSES or maximum continuous load for multiple EVSES (as a part of listed piece of equipment) with energy management of demand load between them.
• Offer ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of the EV charging stations.
• Ensure the EVSE is connected with EV charging software solution at completion.
• Ensure EVSE are configured to the EVSE software proponents OCPP central system URL (web-socket URL) to connect with the EV charger software solution
• Ensure the EVSE hardware is configured to the login credentials provided by health authorities for login purposes.
