Enterprise Digital Forensic Workstations Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the evaluation and procurement of enterprise-class workstation solutions intended to replace aging equipment utilized by forensic examiners within the organization.
- Environment includes digital forensic workstations used by forensic examiners to conduct computer, mobile, and digital media forensic investigations.
- The existing workstations are used to support activities such as:
• Digital evidence acquisition and imaging;
• Large-scale data indexing and processing;
• Compute-intensive cryptography tasks;
• Virtual machine analysis environments;
• Multimedia and video metadata and content review and preservation;
• Analysis of large forensic datasets; and
• Concurrent execution of multiple forensic applications.
- Workstation solution
• Enterprise-class workstation systems to replace aging digital forensic workstations currently utilized by forensic examiners.
• Solution must provide a scalable, reliable, and high-performance workstation platform.
• The solution must include all hardware, operating system licensing, and ancillary components necessary to provide a fully operational workstation environment.
- Compatibility and integration
• Microsoft windows 11 professional 64-bit;
• Microsoft active directory domain environments;
• Trusted platform module (TPM) functionality;
• Enterprise endpoint protection and device management solutions;
• Industry-standard digital forensic software applications;
• Virtualization technologies;
• Standard USB-attached forensic acquisition and storage devices;
• Standard Ethernet networking technologies; and
• Manufacturer-provided firmware, bios, and driver management utilities.
