The Vendor is required to provide accounting solutions available in the market that can meet the accounting needs of the state courts.
- Other special requirements:
• Automation of manual processes and tools (excel spreadsheets).
• Ease of deployment: multiuser and multi locations access.
• Integration with other internal and external systems including point of sale (POS) and the agency ERP system 1gx.
• Minimal customization to accommodate regional and base courts’ differences in accounting practices.
• Minimal customization to accommodate garnishes and trust money.
• Testing
• Hosting
• Scalable solution
• Detailed maintenance and support approach.
• Training and change management for clerks, managers and other relevant parties such as financial services division and 1gx users to ease the transition and instill acceptance of the new processes (from manual processes to automated processes).
• Project delivery methodology and the number and skill of resources to be used to deliver the project
• Cost to deliver the requirements and supporting functions.
