The Vendor is required to provide to design, develop, and implement a modern employee intranet utilizing the organization's existing WordPress platform.
- The intranet will serve approximately 350 users across 12 divisions and function as a centralized hub for internal communications, document management, employee resources, forms, training materials, and departmental collaboration.
- The solution shall integrate with the organization's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments while providing an intuitive, secure, and mobileresponsive user experience.
- Shall migrate applicable content, documents, and resources from the existing SharePoint environment to the new intranet platform.
- Discovery & Rapid Assessment
• Rapid inventory of intranet content and permissions
• Active Directory review (groups, OUs, access structure)
• Identify critical content and high-priority departments
• Define authentication approach (SSO via AD/Entra ID)

• Configure and implement the organization's WordPress-based intranet platform.
• Enable Active Directory / Entra ID authentication (SSO)
• Configure:
• Group-based permissions
• User profile sync
• Directory search (people lookup)
• Set up core integrations (BossDesk links, document libraries)
- Content Migration
• Clean and validate high-priority content
• Migrate content in phases:
• Executive/Admin
• HR/Policies
• Departmental content
• Apply AD group permissions during migration
• Validate access post-migration.
