School Finance Data System

The vendor is required to provide school finance data system solution to its current system for collecting, warehousing, and using school finance data, ultimately from 200 public school districts and charter schools.
- Importance of having successful and timely data submissions for tax rate setting purposes, it is anticipated that the project will roll out in stages, as follows:
• Project planning
• Create data collection and warehousing system using test data
• Migrate historical data into the new data collection system
• Create public facing data dashboard and analysis tools
• Pilot the data collection system for a limited number of districts
• Begin an implementation strategy across state.
