Audit and Controls Management Solution

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise-grade audit management solution (AMS) software-as-a-service (SaaS) software platform that offers:
1. Centralized repository and taxonomy:
• A single source of truth linking annual risk assessments with annual work plans, supported by a shared control library with standard taxonomy.
2. Advanced and autonomous workflows:
• End-to-end management of evidence collection, control test execution, and multi-level reviews.
• Preference will be given to platforms offering agentic AI automation for repetitive sox processes, automated work paper generation, and dynamically linked data across reporting documents.
3. Ability to integrate with agency systems:
• The AMS will not replace metric stream.
• The solution must support integration capabilities for two-way syncing of risks, control definitions, testing results, and issue management with metric stream.
• It must also have the capability to integrate with sap success factors to synchronize the AMS with the latest organizational changes.
4. Dynamic dashboards and AI readiness:
• Configurable, real-time reporting for executive visibility, underpinned by a structured data architecture designed to support future AI-driven analytics and continuous control monitoring.
5. Multi-business unit configuration and flexibility:
• The platform must support the distinct operational needs of agency three participating business units.
• A core requirement of the software is the capability to isolate and configure unique, tailored testing workflows and personalized reporting dashboards for each individual unit, while simultaneously maintaining alignment with the centralized data model.
