Angiography Imaging System

The Vendor is required to provide for the supply, installation, and ongoing support of angiography imaging systems across multiple provincial sites.
- Requirement:
• Supply angiography imaging systems (estimated 4–6 units over contract term)
• Provide all components required for fully operational systems, including:
o Imaging hardware and detectors
o Software and workflow systems
o Workstations and control units
o Integration interfaces
o Integrated ultrasound and agnostic integration capability for existing equipment
o Compatible or table, potentially from 3rd party
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
- Installation and commissioning
• Site assessment and pre-installation planning
• Delivery, installation, and configuration of systems
• Testing, calibration, and commissioning
• Acceptance testing with stakeholders
- Training
• On-site and virtual training for:
o Clinical users
o Technical staff
• Provision of training materials and documentation
• Ongoing access to training updates
- Maintenance and support
• Warranty support (minimum standard expected)
• Preventative maintenance schedule
• Break and fix repair services
• Remote technical support
• Optional extended service agreements
- Lifecycle management
• Software updates and upgrades
• Obsolescence planning
• Replacement planning recommendations
- Service expectations
• System uptime: ≥ 98% availability
• Response time:
o Z-critical issues: within 24 hours
• Preventative maintenance adherence
• Availability of qualified service personnel in country.
